My name is Doug Kingsley, and this October, from October 12th to October 25th I will be walking 219 miles from the New York State border in Egremont, MA to the Chatham Lighthouse in Chatham, MA. I am walking in support of Blue H.E.L.P. a non-profit organization who's mission it is to bring awareness to first responder suicide and mental health issues. Please consider making a donation, on my GoFundMe or directly on their website. Please follow my progress and consider getting involved as I embark on this journey.

Follow the link for more information on officer suicide, resources, and help. If you or a loved one is in need of help,

"Your front is your twelve. Your heart, your face, your head. Your twelve.
We've got your twelve. So do your friends, co-workers and family. More importantly, you've got your twelve.
Watch your head and heart. look at yourself in the mirror and be honest with your emotions. Ask for help when you need it. Believe that things will get better. We're here to remind you that all is not lost and you can complete a law enforcement career with your heart and mind intact.
We've got your 12"
